Welcome to the IPRA123 course for learning a unique acupuncture method. By joining the course, you agree to comply with the terms of use outlined in this document. These terms are designed to ensure the protection of the content and the learning experience for all participants.

2.1. The course content is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized use, copying, transfer, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of the law.
2.2. Access to the course is personal and non-transferable. Any violation will result in sanctions as detailed in Section 5 below.

3. Participant Commitments
 
3.1. The participant declares that they are a certified acupuncture practitioner with a diploma from a recognized institution or a student of Chinese medicine who has completed at least two years of study at a recognized institution. Students may take the course but are not permitted to practice its content commercially until obtaining their diploma.
3.2. The participant agrees to use the course content solely for professional purposes and in accordance with professional ethical standards.
3.3. The participant agrees not to share the course content with third parties or publish it on public platforms.

4. Limitation of Liability
 
4.1. The course provides professional knowledge but does not guarantee therapeutic results. Responsibility for applying the content lies solely with the participant.
4.2. The company is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use of the course content or its application without appropriate professional training.
4.3. The company is not responsible for inappropriate behavior by course participants or the resulting consequences.

5. Sanctions for Violating Terms
 
5.1. Access Blocking: In the event of a violation, the company may block the participant's access to the course without a refund.
5.2. Legal Actions: Any copyright violation will result in legal action, including a demand for financial compensation.
5.3. Reporting to Professional Bodies: Violations will be reported to relevant bodies if necessary.
5.4. Fines: The participant will be required to pay a fine in the amount of €1500 in each case of a violation.
5.5. Future Restrictions: Participants who violate the terms will not be allowed to purchase additional courses.

6. General Terms
 
6.1. The company reserves the right to modify the terms of use at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
6.2. The participant agrees to update their personal details in case of changes and to maintain the confidentiality of their course access details.
6.3. The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the course under exceptional circumstances, with prior notice.
6.4. The participant agrees to receive email communications related to the course, including updates, notifications, and relevant announcements. The participant may opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

7. Participant Commitment
 
By confirming acceptance of the terms of use, the participant automatically declares the following:

• "I am a certified acupuncture practitioner with a diploma from a recognized institution, or I am a student of Chinese medicine who has completed at least two years of study at a recognized institution."

• "I will not share the course content with third parties or copy it in any way."

• "I understand that violating the terms of use may result in sanctions, including access blocking, legal actions, and fines."
